Developers send floorplans and homeowners send phone photos of their living room. Both need an answer to the same question: what fits, and how will it look? The Agent works from the real plan or photo, so the answer is specific to that space.
Furnish a floorplan
Attach the floorplan at Home, as a PDF or an image.
Say what you need, for example "Quote this floorplan for a two-bed build-to-rent pack".
The Agent reads every room, its printed dimensions, and the doors, windows and fitted units that shape the layout.
It picks products that fit each room and builds the quote, noting the choices you might want to swap.
Stage products in a real room
Attach the room photo.
Name the product, or pick it with File → From products, for example "Put the Marlow sofa in Sage against the back wall".
The Agent keeps the room as it is and places your product in it.
Placing several products? The Agent stages the first one and checks it with you before adding the rest.
Tip: Products from your Agentic Catalog carry their real dimensions, so they appear at the right size in the room.
