Building quotes and packs with the Agent

Turn a brief, a floorplan or a cost sheet into a priced, branded quote or furniture pack, then export a client-ready PDF.

A client brief lands late in the day and needs a priced proposal by morning. Picking products, matching finishes, pricing every line and laying out a branded PDF usually takes hours. With the Agent it starts with one message.

Build a quote

  1. Open the Agent at Home.

  2. Describe the job, for example "Quote a living room and dining room for the Harris project, warm oak, around £8,000".

  3. The Agent picks products from your Agentic Catalog, chooses the right finish for each, and adds them to a draft quote.

  4. Review the lines. Each one appears as a card you can swap for another product or finish.

  5. Ask for the PDF when you're happy with the selection.

Start from what you already have

  • A cost sheet or schedule: attach it and the Agent builds the quote line by line, with your names, quantities and prices.

  • A floorplan: the Agent reads each room and its dimensions, then furnishes the plan.

  • A short brief: "Suggest products for this patio" gives you a draft selection to review.

Packs and pricing tiers

For build-to-rent and residential schemes, ask for a pack. The Agent can set up dwelling types or tiers such as 1 Bed, 2 Bed and 3 Bed, or Bronze, Silver and Gold, on one quote. The PDF then shows a side-by-side pack options page.

Prices you can trust

Every price comes from your Agentic Catalog or from you. Where a product has no price yet, the Agent adds it to the quote and tells you which lines to price.

Export and share

  • PDF: a polished, branded document ready to send to your client.

  • Excel: the internal version with your working numbers.

Share the client's website and the Agent can style the quote with their brand as well as yours.
