One supplier sends a price list, another sends a PDF brochure, and a third just points you at their website. The Agentic Catalog, Furniture Connect's AI-native PIM, takes all of them. The assistant reads each file, works out what every column means and brings your products in, ready to enrich and sell.
Steps
Open Catalog and go to Products.
Click Import / Export and choose Import products.
On Files, click Upload files and add your spreadsheets, PDFs or product photos. Or switch to Website and paste the address of the site you want to bring in.
Click Import with assistant.
The assistant previews your file and suggests where each column should go. It checks with you on anything unclear, such as whether dimensions are in centimeters or inches, or how your colorways are grouped.
Confirm, and your products start arriving in the table straight away.
Result
A bar above your product table shows progress, and the assistant tells you how many products were added and updated. New products arrive as drafts, ready for AI Autofill, the Studio and your sales channels.
Good to know
Supplier templates with title rows above the headers, and exports from Shopify or WooCommerce, are recognized automatically.
After your first import from a supplier, the assistant offers to remember the mapping. Next time that supplier's file maps itself.
For ranges with variants, such as a sofa in six fabrics and three sizes, the assistant asks one or two questions and builds the variants for you.
