New season, new price list. Re-importing is the quickest way to update hundreds of products at once, and it keeps every product's images, history and Studio settings in place.
How products are matched
A row whose Product Name or SKU is already in your Agentic Catalog updates that product.
A row with a new SKU, or no SKU, creates a new product.
Steps
Update your spreadsheet with the new prices, descriptions or image links. Keep just the columns you want to change, plus SKU.
Open Catalog, go to Products, click Import / Export and choose Import products.
Upload the file and click Import with assistant.
The assistant reports how many products were updated and how many were added.
Good to know
Columns you leave out of the file stay exactly as they are.
New products arrive as drafts, so nothing goes live before you're ready.
Tip: Always include SKUs. It's how the Agentic Catalog knows which product each row belongs to.
