Fabric and finish images: swatches, kept apart from product shots so they're ready to use as materials in the Studio.
Image slots: a column of cut-outs, lifestyle shots or close-ups can go straight into the matching slot. The assistant suggests this when your column names make it clear.

Use full web links that start with https:// and open without a login.
Separate several links in one cell with commas, semicolons or new lines.
Furniture Connect keeps its own copy of each image, so your products stay complete even if the supplier's link changes later.
Tip: Uploading photos yourself? Name each file with the SKU and slot, for example ABC123_lifestyle_1.jpg, and it lands in the right slot automatically.
