One retailer wants 2000 × 2000 JPGs on white. Another wants 1600 × 1200 WebPs named by SKU and angle. Resizing and renaming hundreds of shots by hand eats days of every launch. The Agentic Catalog does it in one export.
Steps
Open Catalog and go to Products.
Select the products you want, or filter the table to a collection or range. With nothing selected, everything in the current view is exported.
Click Import / Export and choose Export images.
Under Resize images, enter the width and height the retailer asks for, in pixels.
Choose how each image fits that size. Pad to fit keeps the whole product in frame and fills the edges with a matching background. Crop to fill fills the frame edge to edge.
Pick a Format: keep the original, or change everything to JPG, PNG or WebP.
Under Rename images, choose Name for all images to use one naming pattern, or Name by photo type to name cut-outs, lifestyle shots and close-ups differently.
Click Export.
Result
Your export runs in the background while you keep working. Click View exports to download the zip file when it's ready. Large exports arrive in several parts so they download quickly.
Tip: Save your settings as a naming preset for each retailer. Next time, pick the preset and export in two clicks.
Good to know
Leave the size empty to download the original files at full resolution.
The export includes the images in your product's image slots and each variant's images, so a sofa in six colorways comes out complete.

When you're working on a retailer channel with its own product template, such as Next, you can export straight into that template.
