Your product codes, variants and discontinued lines already live in OrderWise. Connecting it to the Agentic Catalog means you build rich listings and imagery on top of that data, without keying anything in twice.
Before you start
You'll need your OrderWise web address, username and password. Our team will help you get OrderWise ready for the connection, so get in touch before your first setup.
Connect OrderWise
Open Connectors in the sidebar.
On the OrderWise card, click Set up.
On Settings, enter your OrderWise web address, username and password, then click Test and save.
Choose whether to leave out discontinued lines or particular product codes.
Bring your products in
Go to Import and pick the webshop you want to bring in.
Click Configure mapping to choose where each OrderWise field goes, or click Run auto mapping and review the AI's suggestions for families, attributes and categories.
Click Run import.
Turn on automatic import to pick up changes from OrderWise every 15 minutes, or at whatever interval suits you.
Send improvements back
On Export, turn on automatic sending, or send changes whenever you're ready. Your enriched product content and images flow back to OrderWise. Prices, stock and supplier records stay managed in OrderWise.
Send quotes to OrderWise
Link a quote to an OrderWise customer and contact, then send it from the quote. It arrives in OrderWise ready to process, and you can update or refresh it from Furniture Connect afterwards.
Tip: The History tab shows every import and send, so you always know what's up to date.
