How to generate an image from text

Generate Image creates a brand-new image from a description alone - no source image needed. Use it when you don't have a photo to start from and want to make something from scratch.

It's built for two jobs:

  • Room scenes for styling - generate an empty interior or backdrop (a warm living room, a Scandinavian bedroom, a showroom corner) to use as a reference background when you stage products, so your lifestyle shots sit in exactly the setting you want.

  • Furniture products from scratch - create a new piece of furniture from a description, for concepts, mood boards, range ideas, or filling a gap before you have real photography.

Steps

  1. Open Create and select Generate Image.

  2. Write your prompt - describe the room or product you want, with style, materials, and lighting.

  3. Set aspect ratio, number of variations, and quality mode.

  4. Click Generate.

Result

A new image made entirely from your description. Send a generated room into Product Staging as a reference background, or refine a generated product in another tool.

Tip: For a room scene you'll style into, describe the space and leave room for the product - "empty warm contemporary living room, soft daylight, space for a sofa on the left."
